Nestled in the beautiful nature in Hakuba, Big Bear Chalets & Apartments offers well-appointed accommodation fitted with kitchen facilities and an en suite bathroom. Chalets are made with natural timbers, and apartments feature modern designs. They are situated in different locations in Hakuba. Free Wi-Fi is available, and shuttle services from JR Hakuba Station and to ski resorts and supermarkets are provided. Chalets are within a 3-minute walk from Happo-One Ski Resort, and Hakuba Station is a 7-minute drive away. They come with a dining area and a living room with comfortable sofas and a bilingual cable TV. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a microwave and cooking stoves. A large multi-person stone bath and toiletries are included in the bathroom. Available from October 2013, apartments are situated right at the base of Happo-One Ski Resort, providing ski-in ski-out access. They are fitted with an international cable TV, well-equipped kitchen and a terrace/balcony. The en suite bathroom comes with a bath tub. The property can arrange daily mountain shuttles, ski rental, lift passes and in-house babysitting upon request. Basic services like linen changes, waste removal and snow clearing are provided. No meals are offered. There are plenty of dining options in the area.

To use the property's free shuttle from JR Hakuba Station, please make a reservation at least 1 day in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.
A prepayment deposit via bank transfer or PayPal is required to secure your booking. Payment instructions will be sent by the property at the time of booking. If payment is not made by the instructed date, your booking will be cancelled.
Keys to the chalets must be picked up at the apartments, approximately 800 metres away.
Child rates apply to children staying at the property. Please contact the property for details.
If you would like to bring your pet, you must request this in advance. Most types of dogs are allowed in chalets. Pets are not allowed in apartments.
