In the winter season (from November until May), roads near the property are blocked due to snow. Guests arriving via car can park their vehicles at Zao Onsen Skiing Ground (additional fees apply) then use the central cable car or sky cable to reach the property. The central cable car station is a 5-minute walk from the bus terminal.
