The hot springs are open from 15:00 to 23:00 and 06:30 to 08:30.
To use the hotel's free shuttle bus from Kawaguchiko Station, please go to the Fujikawaguchiko Tourist Information Center next to the station and quote the name of the hotel. A staff member will call the hotel and arrange the bus for you.
Children's rates are available. Please inform the hotel at the time of booking if you are traveling with children (please also note the number and age of children in the Special Requests box).
