Please be sure to let us know your arrival time (check-in time: 4pm-9pm) at the hostel.
Luggage storage service before check-in (before 4pm) is available for a fee of 300 yen per person. Contact us about your arrival time in advance (Required). Please tell us when you will arrive the day before your stay.
If you do not make a reservation for luggage storage service, the fee is 600 yen per person OR we may not be able to store your luggage.
Guests arriving after check-in hours (9PM) must inform the property in advance. If the property is not informed, the booking may be treated as a no show. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. The hostel has a curfew at 0AM. The shower can be used until 11PM. Please note that guests using public transport are advised to get off at Otaru Station, not Minami-Otaru Station. The way from Otaru Station has better road conditions, there are no slopes, and guests will be passing through an arcade, which provides shelter from the snow. This hostel has a dog and a cat. The entire hostel is non-smoking.
