Renovated to be open, modern and spacious our chalet is only 20 minutes drive from Nagano City, Togakushi and Iizuna ski resorts. It is less than 5 minutes walk to many cafes and restaurants and the new Nagano Forest Village. There, you can buy local produce, craft beers & wine, and walk around the beautiful area. We recommend driving to explore more around the highlands and snow tires (or chains) are a must have during winter. Our self-contained chalet has been renovated featuring a big bathroom, high ceilings, fully equipped modern kitchen, open spacious living room, fiber optic internet, bunk room, traditional Japanese room and a fantastic safe heating system to keep you cosy without worry. All the bedding, linen, towels, shampoo, body wash, hand wash, tissues, toilet paper, washing liquids, rubbish bags, etc is included. You just need to drop by the supermarket to get your food to cook. The kitchen is more than fully equipped, spacious and modern. We encourage you to use it and dine at the large timber table. There are also many places to eat at, all under 5 minutes walk away. About 4 mins walk in either direction are 2 bus stops that will take you directly to Nagano Station. However, we recommend you use a car if you’re coming for skiing or more sight seeing than just the local lake and forests. Please send a picture of all guests passport picture/information page 3 days prior to the check-in date. Also, you will be required to fill in guest information on arrival. This is the Japanese hotel regulation, so please abide by it.

Hi im Kome. I am from Nagano and I was lucky enough to go to the Nagano Olympic Games when I was little. Please come and enjoy beautiful area any time of the year. We are available to answer questions but generally give you space to enjoy your stay with friends and family.

1 min drive or 4 min walk to Daizahoshi pond with, trails, athletic obstacle courses, local produce and tourism shops, cafes and a soba noodles restaurant with amazing tempura. 8 mins from iizuna ski resort - great kids park area with many types of sleds. 15 mins from togakushi ski area / temple and shrine - great family deal packages 15 mins from Nagano City, Zenkouji Temple & many restaurants and big supermarkets (1 especially which stocks a nice range of craft beers). 30 mins from Kurohime ski area 32 mins to Suginohara ski area (My son's favourite with long runs). 35 mins from all the Myoko ski areas 35 mins from Madarao ski areas About 1 hour to the snow monkeys at Yudanaka onsen A little over an hour to Hakuba or Nozawa onsen.
