The house is located just on the top of a sweet hill overlooking Rodney Bay with the beautiful sunset and surrounded by a large tropical garden. From the house you can enjoy a FANTASTIC VIEW: to the east the Atlantic Ocean, to the north the island of Martinique and to the west the Caribbean Sea with its spectacular sunsets.. Beaches, supermarkets and bars/restaurants are approximately 1.5 km away. The loft is composed by: full equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, 6-burner stove, etc.. two double bedrooms, a sofa bed with nice wardrobe. The bathroom comes with bathtub and shower. Wooden floors, huge verandas with best view and carpets make the accommodation particularly welcoming and confortable. air conditioning and mosquito nets. There is a shared BBQ area and a large tropical garden with fruit trees at the guests' disposal. the apartment is located in a complex called ITALIAN GUESTHOUSE. When I’m not by the property the housekeeper or Victor our manager will be there to satisfy any of your needs . Air conditioning supplement us10 per day. Laundry supplement us10 per load.

The property is just 2 km from Gros Islet Beaches and Cas en Bas Kite and surfing area, and 4 km away from Pigeon Island National Park. Cricket International Stadium and Golf Club are a 3-minute drive away. ​ The road joining the property to the Gros Islet junction and the street Party Village was completely paved in May 2017 by the gouvernement. This distance can be covered in 15 minutes by foot.
