Welcome to breathtaking views and the ultimate relaxation while you soak up all those gorgeous things the house has to offer. Our spacious brand-new villa was built in a quiet neighborhood and it is a great place for families or group of friends. Are you tired of the noise of the city? Isolate yourself at this stunning 4 bedroom seaside retreat. Spectacular sea view from open plan living area and fully stocked modern kitchen, living and dining room. Outdoor area features swimming pool, from where you can enjoy the sea view, or you can have your meal at outdoor dining table and also use the BBQ section that's in the backyard. And let's not forget secure private parking. Don’t have to share house with anyone just private places for you in your private get away.
My name is Ana and I would love to be your host! My favorite thing to do is to travel and meet new people, but also to host them and hear positive feedback from them. I am immensely glad that I managed to meet many interesting people from all over the world this way, and I believe that many more quality acquaintances await me in the future. Krimovica is geographically very well positioned and is located in the center of the Montenegrin coast. It is a place that belongs to the municipality of Kotor. It is located near Jaz and Budva, and it's very easy to reach the nearby towns and several of the most attractive beaches on our coast. The house itself is located in a quiet place, away from city noise and crowds, from where there is an excellent view of the Adriatic Sea and untouched nature.
