Enjoy a stylish experience at the newest and most popular place in town, The Diamond of Skopje district. This 10th-floor apartment is situated in the center of the city and offers everything from restaurants, cafes, clubs, boutiques, malls... It's within a 10min walk from the Macedonia Square, as well as a short walk from the City Park and the urban neighborhood of Debar Maalo. This fully equipped central place offers free parking on the premises, fast Wi-Fi, and an exceptional view of the city. This luxurious 50m2 one-bedroom apartment is brand new and fully equipped. The main space consists of a beautiful and spacious living room that connects with an open-space kitchen. Also connected to this space is the terrace with the most amazing view! The bedroom has a very comfortable queen size bed, a Smart TV for your free time and a big wardrobe for all your stuff. Right next to the beautiful bedroom is the spacious bathroom, with all the essentials: towels, a hair dryer, toiletries, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. Next to the bathroom is the utility room in which you'll find the all-in-one washer dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board, and drying rack.
