The apartment (PentHouse) is located in a very popular area of the city as its in the center of the city,it’s located 700m away from the “Stone Bridge” and 70m away from the”Skenderbeg Square “ , every famous Restaurant,Coffee Shop,Club and famous attractions of the city is no more than 1-5min away from you.( there is no elevator in the building)
the apartment is in the same neighborhood as hotel “dekoka” and some other hotels where there is a big parking lot in front of the apartment(there is no elevator in the building)
