Ta’ Martinu is the first and most cherished property in the Martinu Homes collection, with over 15 years of welcoming guests. Its charm, comfort, and scenic surroundings have made it a favorite, especially for repeat visitors.
One of its standout features is the spacious outdoor pool deck, the largest among all Martinu Homes properties. From here, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the Citadel, Sannat church, and sprawling countryside fields. This space is perfect for both relaxation and entertaining, whether it’s a morning swim or an evening gathering as the sun sets.
Inside, Ta’ Martinu is designed for both large groups and intimate moments. The open-plan living and dining areas provide ample space, while the warm, cozy atmosphere makes it a perfect choice for winter stays. A wood-burning fireplace adds a touch of charm, creating a snug retreat during the cooler months. The large, fully equipped kitchen and dining area are ideal for preparing meals for groups, and with two living rooms, guests have the flexibility for both shared moments and private relaxation.
The farmhouse offers four bedrooms, all thoughtfully designed. Upstairs are three ensuite bedrooms, one of which is a triple room with three single beds—great for families or groups. The rooftop bedroom is spacious enough to accommodate an extra foldable bed, allowing the farmhouse to host up to 10 guests comfortably.
