Strawberry Field is a farmhouse in the heart of the village of Mgarr, known for Maltese cuisine and strawberry cultivation. Just a minute away from the bus stop and close to the most beautiful beaches, it’s the ideal place to relax with family or friends, away from the hustle and bustle. Supermarkets, bars, and restaurants are easily reachable within a one-minute walk from the house, making it a perfect spot that combines relaxation and comfort. The quiet countryside and hiking trails complete the experience. The house is spread over three floors: on the ground floor, there’s a spacious living room with a sofa, reading area, and a fully equipped kitchen. The first floor features three double bedrooms, two of which share a bathroom and one with a private bathroom. Finally, the rooftop has a Jacuzzi and relaxation area, where you can enjoy the sunset and the breathtaking view of the Church. A gazebo with a large table and BBQ area completes the terrace.

We are Elias and Stefano, two friends who have been working together for over 10 years. We happened upon the village of Mgarr almost by chance, fell in love with its tranquility and the warmth of its people, and decided to open a small wine bar where we enjoy spoiling our guests with good food and excellent wine. Passionate about sports, gastronomy, and culture, we wanted to expand our way of making people feel good by creating a holiday home that reflects who we are. And here we are, ready to make your vacation truly unique.

The village of Mgarr is very peaceful, yet well-known for its traditional Maltese food, its farmland with freshly harvested fruits and vegetables, and its strawberry cultivation. From here, you can visit the best beaches on the island, explore Popeye Village, and see the western cliffs with the most beautiful sunsets on the island. It’s also a strategic spot for visiting the nearby island of Gozo and organizing day trips to Comino.
