This a a 95sqm one bedroom Penthouse. The Front terrace enjoys distant country and sea views and is equipped with a Bar-B-Q and outdoor furniture (great for entertaining people or just chill out). The back terrace is enjoying Garden Views of adjacent homes and is dedicated mostly for Laundry needs since it have a 10hr of Sunlight daily. Around the house one can find all amenities one might need. The Penthouse is finished to great standards, completely Air conditioned and perfect for a couple.
Very active person. Would add another 12 hours to the day if possible. Love the sea and whatever comes with it from fishing to diving and water sports. Enjoy seeing other people satisfied. Hate wasting anything from food to anything. Perfectionist in some aspects like finishing in homes and small detail without overdoing it. Adapt to most situations and places. Enjoy travelling and try to avoid staying inside as much as i Can. Travelling to me means living and eating like the locals and experience their culture. One life. Too much to see and do :) I live across the Hallway. So i am mostly available if one needs anything. I do work abroad though and there is a 50% chance that i won t be in country. Irrelevant of this if one needs anything i will always arrange somehow.
Around the House there is Two of the oldest bakeries in country. One of them is "Roger s bakery" that makes the classic pastizzi and "Barbetta" that makes a variation of sweet pastries including croissants and other types like Danish, apple pies and all. One will find all needs within a 150m radius of the house. There is a Bus Stop 50m from the place. in case one rents a car/motorbike, parking is free everywhere and all the time.
