Spread across two floors, this spacious property boasts over 80m² of living space and is fully air-conditioned for your comfort. The townhouse includes two bedrooms, one with an ensuite, and a sofa bed in the living room that can comfortably accommodate two guests with a size of 140cm by 190cm. You'll find ample storage space with a large wardrobe, and the traditional Maltese staircase and balcony tiling add a unique touch to your stay. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your meals with ease, and fast internet and WiFi ensure you stay connected. Guests will appreciate the 24-hour self-check-in process, with detailed instructions provided before your arrival. While there is no elevator in the property, the townhouse offers ground floor access. Please note that this is a residential area, so we ask guests to respect the neighbors by avoiding parties or events and keeping noise to a minimum after 9 PM. Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning, and street parking is available, though not guaranteed, within a short walk from the property.
