Parties and wedding groups are not accommodated at this property.
A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required up to 12 pax. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 2 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Air conditioning (cooling/heating) is extra payment and charged at 50 EUR per token card applicable for all AC units in the villa. Usage of credit depends on consumption. Cash payment on arrival.
The shared indoor pool will be operational until November 12, 2025.
Indoor and outdoor pools are not heated.
Pool temperature is maintained at 27°C, as per Malta Tourism Authority standards.

‣ Air conditioning is by pay-per-meter use. Guests can buy the load or credit via the link provided in the notice board of instructions on how to buy the credit.
