The villa is recent, modern, and very well-equipped. It opens up to the outside with a large terrace, an infinity pool surrounded by a wide travertine deck, and a spacious gazebo with a bar, perfect for enjoying pleasant evenings.

We built this villa to spend enjoyable moments with family and friends. We particularly love the atmosphere of the region, its wild and authentic character, nestled between the mountains and the sea, which we fell in love with.

The estate is located in a residential, secure, quiet, and pleasant neighborhood. You will find almost everything in Black River and Tamarin, which are about ten minutes away, where there are several supermarkets such as London Way Supermarket and Super U. Several popular restaurants are also nearby, as well as beautiful hotels like the Paradis at the foot of Le Morne Mountain. If you enjoy hiking, the Black River Gorges, Le Morne Mountain, and La Tourelle de Tamarin await you. Golf enthusiasts will be delighted with two golf courses, one at Le Morne and another at Tamarina. There is also a sports center at River Land, padel courts, and more. Be sure to visit the Chamarel Rum Distillery and the Seven-Coloured Earths. And, of course, enjoy the beaches of Embafilao or Tamarin Bay.
