You will love the house! Its architecture is spacious, with high ceilings, excellent lighting and two floors. All in all it creates a very pleasant atmosphere, the outdoor areas are perfect for relaxing and sunbathing enjoying the low breeze. I recommend the space for families, adventurers and people looking to escape the noise of the city and relax in a Caribbean environment.

The house is located on the PUNTA SAM road, surrounded by luxurious houses on the seafront. Through the Flamingo Restaurant and its Beach Club you can access the beach with views of Isla Mujeres and the Hotel Zone of Cancun. 5 min from Ferry to ISLA MUJERES Ultramar Express or Terminal of Puerto Juarez (Marinsa and Naveganto) 1.5 km away is the archaeological ruins of MECO At 800m the church of Santa Maria Estrella del Mar Along the street there is a multitude of RESTAURANTS specializing in Caribbean fish and seafood. We also have 2min a small supermarket. ATM 3min through OXXO, next to the Ferry terminal
