Enjoy the wonderful beach of Nuevo Vallarta; in this condo of 1,550 sq ft (144 m2) of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the magnificent Playa Royale Resort. In its terrace you could rest and see wonderul sunsets, as well as walk along its sandy beaches The condo has a very well equipped kitchen, 3 smart TVs with cable TV. You could also make Home Office or stream your favorite movies with its poweful internet of 200 Mbps The resort has pools, hot jacuzzi, BBQ area, beach club and much more things that will make your framily vacations unforgetable It has a great location, near a shopping center, hospital, Strabucks, and several restaurants In a 15 min drive you can go to the main super markets Walmart, Sams, Chedraui, and La Comer If you stay longer than 2 weeks, you could have access (not included) to the "El Tigre Sports Club" which is a 15 min walking distance; This sports club has tennis courts, indor basketball, racket, very well equiped Gym, Spa, indoor kids club with swiming pool and access (not included) to "El Tigre Golf Course", a professional 18 hole golf course
