2BR beachfront condo with 180 views and an unbeatable location in the Golden Zone: restaurants, live music, cafes & boutiques all within walking distance. This top-floor unit with Mexican charm offers incredible sunsets and ocean breezes from your private balcony. The complex has a swimming pool, a private beach area with loungers, and a popular beachfront restaurant, KARENS’s, open for breakfast, lunch and dinner! Street parking only. There is an elevator, but some stairs are required.

Neighbourhood information

Bucerias’ 5-mile stretch of soft sandy beaches, cobblestone streets, and Mexican village charm take you back to simpler times. It has become a popular destination in the Riviera Nayarit, but it has managed to keep its authenticity. Many say Bucerias is very much like Puerto Vallarta was in the 1950s, where you can experience the joys of a laid-back beach town without the tourist-palooza that is Puerto and Nuevo Vallarta.
