Conveniently located 5 minutes walk to stores, a gym, and close to the routes leading to Merida and Chichen.

Colonos is the neighborhood where I grew up, and I couldn't have chosen a better place. It's a peaceful, residential area in Valladolid — not very touristy, but full of local charm. Since Valladolid is a small city, you're just 10 minutes from the vibrant downtown and close to nearby neighborhoods like Sisal. If you enjoy getting a feel for everyday life, you'll love the local park, where neighbors are often out walking their dogs, jogging, or playing basketball. It’s a great spot to experience the real Valladolid.
