A rooftop terrace with an outdoor pool and city views can be found at this boutique hotel situated in the Lafayette neighbourhood, just a 15-minute drive from Guadalajara's town centre. The stylish rooms are located in a historic building and the suites include free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV. Every suite at the Demetria features elegant hardwood furniture. They are all air conditioned and include an iPod dock, a minibar and a buffet breakfast. Free parking is offered at the Demetria Hotel. It is located a 15-minute walk from Guadalajara University. The city's cathedral is less than 3 km away. The hotel has a bar and an à la carte restaurant serving a daily breakfast buffet.
