This is a standard procedure for all reservations and must be completed prior to check-in. Electricity and water outages are occasional occurrences in Mexico City, beyond our control. While we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience our guests may experience due to these disruptions, it's important to note that we cannot be held accountable for such events. Although self-check-in is available, all adult guests must provide a copy of their ID before arrival, to be granted access to the property on the day of check-in. All guests and visitors must be registered with their IDs at least 24 hours before check-in. We welcome one pet per stay with an additional fee. Due to the size of the apartment, we prefer no more than one pet. For security purposes and to prevent fraudulent credit card transactions, we will request that the guest upload a selfie picture holding a Government Photo ID matching the name on the credit card used to make the reservation. - The parking space can only accommodate a regular size car.
