This modern and luxurious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom 1,120 SF condo is located in Pier 57 – a state of the art building in the heart of Zona Romantica. It is only steps away from Los Muertos Beach, the Pier and the best beach clubs. There are scores of restaurants – gourmet, "locals", quick bites , lounges, bars, cafes and plenty of music and dancing. Everything you could possibly want or need is within walking distance. Come enjoy the newest and one of the best PV has to offer! 2 bedroom transformer apartment offers exceptional finishings and a comfortable space for 4 people. Enter the bright, open condo which leads into the eat-in kitchen, living room and onto the long balcony with views of the Pacific Ocean. Filled with natural light, bright and modern décor, and Central A/C, this unit can accommodate 4 guests and is adorned with top-notch amenities and essentials.
The Pier 57 building is located in Old Town in Zona Romantic (The Romantic Zone), 1 block away from the beach and Pier. Zona Romantica is the place to be to truly appreciate the charm of Puerto Vallarta. The streets are stacked with restaurants, shops, bars and cafes. On the beaches, you can partake in many activities including dining, jet skiing, parasailing, etc. Everything is within walking distance and, in the rare instances when you need to run errands (Costco, Walmart), you can take a taxi or an Uber for a fraction of the price.
