Welcome to our Luxury and Cozy place. Beach, ocean and city view, where you can enjoy amazing Ocean and City light view since you walk into the House. We are located less than 2 minutes driving from the most popular restaurants in social media "Encanto, Splash, Candelia, Los Portales de Garcia, Kraken, where they have a live music, delicious food, ocean view, excellent atmosphere and Puerto Nuevo where you can eat lobster. Also we are only 25 minutes away from El Valle de Guadalupe! Around us are a lot of Surf breaks. We’re also able to arrange a personal driver to take you wherever you want to (Valle de Guadalupe and more). This condominium is very safe and peaceful.
Es un barrio muy tranquilo y seguro. Estamos localizados a menos de 2 minutos manejando de los lugares mas populares y restaurantes que estan de moda en social media, como Encanto, Los Portales de Garcia, Splash, Candelia, Kraken Restaurantes donde tienen musica en vivo, comida deliciosa, excelente atmosfera y todas tienen vista al oceano. Tambien estamos a pocos minutos de Puerto Nuevo, donde pueden comer unas ricas langostas. Estamos a menos de 25 minutos del famoso Valle de Guadalupe. Y al rededor de nosotros hay muchos lugares para surf. Es un lugar muy lindo donde tienes todo cerca para explorar. Y es un codominio muy seguro y tranquilo.
