It is located in the centre of the Ipoh Town. You’ll have the entire apartment unit to yourselves and able to fit up to 6 pax. Guest is able to enjoy the swimming pool and the garden. One free secured car park will be allocated, public car park can be found alongside of the property, or guests could utilize the basement car park at a small rate. *****A security deposit of MYR 200 is required upon check in.***** This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed on check-out (within 48 hours). Your deposit will be refunded in full by bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. ****Late check-out will be deducted RM50 per half and hour from the deposit.****IMPORTANT: Please provide your full name and your IC No. / Passport No. for registration before your arrival*****NO provide daily housekeeping*** NOTE: Swimming pool routine maintenance (Monday & Thursday) (10am - 4pm).
