My entire house is suitable for small group friends reunion or family gathering. Any party or event shall get the approval from Host. Our Homestay comes with 4-Bedrooms with Aircon. Just a short drive to Leisure Mall, Eko Cheras Mall & Cheras Sentral Mall. Plenty restaurants in walking distance.

Hi! My name is Michael. I am a family person. For me, family is the most important part of my life and it comes first from everything and I really mean it. GOD has blessed me with a wonderful wife & 3 adorable kids. My family & I always maintain a balance in our life. We love travelling & feel different cultures out there. This Homestay ideas comes into the reference of mine when we used to travel together & home stay is our best choice which cater most of our needs without any hassle. I can handle my own household like how I do it at home. I felt very satisfied & glad as i could always ON the GO with my wife & 3 little ones. This has made me a much happier person. That is why I plan to set up the Homestay here as I would like to continue to provide the best hospitality to those that travel feel like home. Besides I hope to deliver some assistance to those that travel far for some good intention or event in a large group but there is a limitation to settle them under one roof.. 1. Please inform the purpose of your reservation as there will be an extra charges of RM 300 for events (Party/ Birthday/Wedding etc) held in our unit & subject to our approval. 2. Please remove your shoes before you come into our house main entrance via the wooden door. 3. You must not interfere with the reasonable peace, comfort and privacy of our neighbors in that area. Noise levels must be reduced after 10pm. We are VERY strict about this. 4. ILLEGAL Parties are not allowed in our premise & legal party like birthday celebration should be ended by 10pm & keep it low key and be considerate 5. Smoking and drugs are strictly prohibited in the unit, please do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on this property. Additional charges of RM 200 if found smoking, whereas drugs or illegal activities we will call POLICE.. 6. As our earth is sick, do conserve electricity. When leaving the house, please turn off lights, fan, air-con and others electrical items. The same thing applicable to water too. Please don't waste water, NO WATER, NO LIFE😊 7. Please keep our house reasonably clean & tidy. Handle all the leftover or unwanted food into the proper tight seal bags before you putting them into the garbage bin out there to prevent uninvited pests 8. Please park your vehicles responsibly & thoughtfully. Do not obstruct / block the entrance to neighbor houses or do not double park at neighbour's gate. Please park @ the reasonable street parking. 9. Remember to take your own belongings before leaving. Leave what belongs to the house which always refer to the checklist in our unit Any damage / loss of items in that entire house will have to pay the repair or the loss items accordingly. 10. Please take good care of the house key during your stay @ our unit & return the key upon check out to the lockbox. Loss of the house key will have the additional charge of RM 50 11. Additional pax staying after 8th pax is with compulsory charge of RM 30/pax/night up to max 10pax.
