The two-story semi-independent villa has a total area of about 285 square meters, with a swimming pool (shared by the landlord's 5 villa customers), of which villa #666 is facing the pool, which is the most convenient for swimming and playing. 888&999# is 20-30 meters away from the swimming pool. There are parking spaces and outdoor recreational areas on the first floor, 1 kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, 1 balcony + front and rear gardens. (A total of 4 bedrooms are: 1 master bedroom with a 1.8mx2.0m bed on the first floor + 1 mountain-view balcony on the second floor + 2 master bedroom with 1.5x2.0m bed and 2 secondary bedrooms with 2 beds each 1.8x2.0m big bed, free extra bed 2 1.2mx2.0m standard sponge mattress. Indoor independent kitchen, equipped with induction cooker (suitable for cooking simple seafood.
