Here are the House Rules when staying at StarSuiteAC @ Arte Cheras: 🏡 House Rules: 🚫 No wild parties 🚫 No drugs 🔇 Keep noise levels low, especially at night 🎤 Karaoke: Follow the volume guidelines ⚠️ No vandalism or property damage Previously, we did not collect a Security Deposit & Cleaning Fee from our guests. Unfortunately, due to recent incidents of vandalism and house rule violations, we have decided to implement a Security Deposit & Cleaning Fee as follows: 💰 Security Deposit : RM100 🧹 Cleaning Fee : RM100 Total Deposit : RM100 + RM100 = RM200 (fully refundable*) 📌 Terms & Conditions: Your RM200 deposit will be fully refunded (within 12 hours after check-out), IF: - No items are damaged (vandalised) or missing ( 'wear-and-tear' damage is OK ) - All moved furniture is returned to its original position - Dishes are washed and placed back in the rack - Dirty floor is swept (a little dust is fine!) - All rubbish (whether dry or wet) must be placed in the provided garbage bags and gathered at the foyer entrance (next to the shoe rack). Note: It doesn’t have to be perfect (Returning 80% back to its original condition is good enough). We appreciate your cooperation in keeping this home clean and comfortable for all guests.
