The property has 5 bedrooms with 2 bedroom unattached with the main house. It has 3 bedrooms with air conditioner, and the living room also with air conditioner. Pool is private with dimension of 8ft x 12ft x 2.5ft (height). Once booked, our representative will contact the customer regarding the security deposit which will be refunded after checkout.
House Rules 1. Only for family groups & mahram 2. Non Halal Food are strictly prohibited in the homestay. (pork, alcohol , drugs) 3. Pets are not allowed here 4. Car Limit – 6nos ( unit Lancashire ) 5. Group assembly not suitable at the homestay. 6. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the homestay 7. High noise – prohibited after 12 midnight 8. Electricity – Help us to save electricity. Please switch off lights, Air conditioning unit and fans except fridge, 9. Water – Help us to save water. Please close all taps when not in used. 10. Housekeeping – we love clean environment. + Help us to keep our homestay clean by doing basic housekeeping before checking out ( please refer check out procedure) + Do not litter in the compound 11. Handle with care all items provided in the homestay
Pool Rules 1. All users should shower before entering the pools. 2. Parents should always be alert and monitor their child’s movement in the pool. -Most accidents happens when parents are distracted with another conversations or on mobile phones. 3. All users are prohibited from bringing in food and drinks into the swimming area and its surroundings (decks) 4. All users of the pools are strongly advised to leave the pools when it is raining and whenever there are thunderstorms/ lightning or emergency situation and shall do so immediately 5. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited near the pool 6. Allowing cats or pets to come inside particularly near the pool are not allowed 7. Water – Help us to save water by limiting the inlet pool volume when its necessary 8. Cleanliness is the responsibility of all users. 9. The host is not responsible for any losses of property, life and injury in the swimming pool
