The Shore CBD Kota Kinabalu, which will be completed in early 2023 and boasts a wide panoramic sea view, serves as an ideal location. Moreover, the famous attractions of Kota Kinabalu are all within a 15-minute walking distance, allowing you to indulge in sightseeing, listening, playing, strolling, shopping, and savoring local delicacies. We are dedicated to fulfilling your every need. The location of the building in the bustling city center makes the serene and peaceful environment quite rare. However, we understand that some guests may be sensitive to noise. To ensure your comfort and a good night's sleep, we have prepared earplugs for your use.
