Enjoy the breathtaking view over the water from your cozy apartment, with direct access to the beach. Let the children play in the nearby playground in the village or on the beautiful small beach right next to your accommodation. This delightful apartment, with the Oosterschelde as its backyard, is perfect for four people. You can reach this accommodation via stairs or elevator, where comfort and nature come together. As soon as you step inside, you'll find a cozy living room. Here you can relax on the sofa or in one of the two comfortable swivel chairs, while enjoying the view of the garden, the small beach, and the beautiful Oosterschelde. There's also a television. The open kitchen, separated by a half-height wall, is fully equipped with a cooktop, combi microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer combination, and toaster. You can make a delicious cup of coffee or tea with the Nespresso machine or kettle. Both bedrooms are located at the rear, with breathtaking views of the Oosterschelde. Step directly from your room into the garden and walk to the beach. Each room is equipped with a double bed (160x200cm), bedside tables, atmospheric bed lighting, and a spacious wardrobe. The bathroom offers luxury and comfort with a wonderful shower (including seating option), toilet, a sink with mirror, and some extra storage space. There is also a second toilet. The lovely spacious terrace (57m2) at the front overlooks the harbor and the village of Sint-Annaland. It has a large dining table and a comfortable lounge sofa. At the rear of the apartment, you're treated to a beautiful panoramic view of the Oosterschelde from the sunbeds in the garden (47m2). For small children up to 2 years old, there's a foldable crib and a high chair available. You may bring one loyal four-legged friend to this accommodation.
