Domaine Lamoriniere is a private estate located in a protected wildlife and ecological sanctuary, on the NL/BE border. The house offers a living area on the ground floor and a dining table (4), kitchen (combi oven/microwave, 4pit stove, dishwasher and fridge) and a shower-room with wc. On the first floor, under the gable roof, is a bedroom with 2 single beds (80cmx200cm) and duvets (140x200), and on the other side, a night hall with a double raised alcove King-size bed (180cmx200cm) and duvet (240cmx220cm). Outside, you have access to the shared and partially fenced garden with patio and lounge (4) and a bistro set for 4. The rental of the house does NOT grant access to the other buildings, gardens, paths, meadows, woods on the estate. Linnen and towels are not provided. TV-screens available with hdmi (no tv provider). There is sometimes WiFi available (but it's a weak signal as we are at the end of the lines). Pets are not allowed as there are dogs and other animals living on the estate. The charging of electrical vehicles is not possible at the estate.

The family owns the estate since 1876. We are lucky to manage and protect a unique piece of nature, silence and biodiversity.

The estate is only accessible via sand roads. The estate is located next to the 'grenspark' Kalmthoutse Heide, Brabantse Wal, Arboretum Kalmthout, on the boarder between Antwerp (BE) and Bergen-op-Zoom (NL). Supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacy, gas station and electric vehicle recharging point are all available in the village.
