Important House Policies Only guests who have completed identity verification are allowed to enter the property. House rules must be agreed to and the arrival form must be completed before check-in. Tourist or city tax may be charged, depending on local regulations. The arrival form must be completed truthfully. Additional screening may be required, such as submitting a valid passport or government-issued ID. Minimum age for booking: 25 years. Use of soft drugs, hard drugs, or laughing gas is strictly prohibited in or around the building. Late check-out after 10:00 AM without prior approval will result in a charge equal to one extra night. Causing any form of nuisance to others is not allowed. Strictly forbidden: Paid sex work, criminal activity, sales, or any commercial use of the property. Candles and open flames are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in a Euro 250 fine per incident and immediate cancellation of the booking. For stays of 14 days or longer, weekly cleaning is mandatory to maintain quality standards. A weekly cleaning fee will apply.
