Located within walking distance of the city center, Fletcher Boutique Hotel Slaak-Rotterdam is the former Marriott Tribute Hotel that was recently acquired by Fletcher and is located on 3.1 km from Erasmus University and features various facilities, such as a restaurant, a fitness centre and a bar.
