The unique The July - Twenty Eight offers a new hotel/apartment concept with spacious, comfortable design apartments combined with the service and facilities of a luxury hotel. Featuring a sauna and fitness facilities. Guests can make use of the underground garage. All apartments have a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a spacious seating area and a luxurious bathroom equipped with a rain shower. Climate control, flat-screen TV and high-speed WiFi offer extra comfort. Other than cooking in your own apartment the hotel serves a boutique breakfast sourced from local producers. You can work in the co-working space or relax in the living room. The lobby, lounge, bar and reception are open 24-hours per day. The reception staff are available for planning excursions, offering rental bikes and information about the area. Within 300 metres of The July - Twenty Eight you will find the nearest metro station and opposite the hotel you will find the direct tram to the nearby situated Museum Square and the City Centre. The Amsterdamse bos and Vondelpark are 1,5 km away and the Zuidas, the WTC and the RAI can be found within 2km.

Valid credit card details are held on file during the stay.

Guests under the age of 21 have to be accompanied by someone of 21 years or older.
Please note that the maximum occupancy of the Studio and Executive Apartment is 2 persons. It is not possible for an extra person to stay in these room types.

This is a non-smoking hotel and smoking is not permitted in all areas. There is a terrace where guests are allowed to smoke cigarettes.

Please note that for bookings up to 6 nights, a touch up is offered if the guest places a door hanger on the doorknob. For stays over 7 nights, we offer weekly cleaning and new towels every 3 days.
