The holiday home for you, if you enjoy nice surroundings, want to live comfortably, and who wants to experience the Norwegian countryside. We who own The Yellow House want to give you a good experience, and a clean and comfortable alternative when you invest valuable leisure time. From here it is 15-40 minutes drive to the most popular activities in the Inland. See "Local area" and our guides for a taste of the possibilities. Siv, mother of three and married to Johnny. Lives on a small farm near Sjusjøen. Host is available throughout the stay via Booking web / app.
The Yellow House is located on our small farm, but here you live completely privately and for yourself. There are a few houses nearby, and two primary schools 5 min away, with playground. Otherwise, there are a lot of opportunities right nearby: - 4 min: grocery store, swimming area, hiking trails - 15 min: The small city Moelv, Mjøsen Golf Club - 20 min: Sjusjøen, Prøysenhuset, Snilsberg zoo, Mesna Icelandic horse, Mjøsparken, Skibladner, Kvarstad Chocolate Factory - 30 min: Maihaugen, Vitensenteret, Gjøvik Skatepark, the country's most famous diving tower in Hamar, LazerTag, Lekeland, Domkirkeodden - 40 min: Hunderfossen, Helgøya Climbing Park, Lilleputthammer, Water park, Vegmuseet, Barnas Gård The Yellow House is located in the village Åsmarka, 20 min from Sjusjøen. There is some bus connection here, but it is limited and often reduced during school holidays. We recomend the Norwegian nathional trip planner and the app Entur if you travel wholly or partly by public transport. Otherwise, the best mobility offer is still a car up here :)
