This brand-new build is certainly one not to miss on your visit to Hanmer Springs, located in the Chatterton River Estate subdivision this home offers superb mountain views and all year sun. It is a beautifully presented home offering 4 bedrooms, sleeping up to 8 guests with two bedrooms featuring king splits making this home perfect for 4 couples or 6 individuals. This home offers an open plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area with a separate lounge perfect for the whole family. Heated by a log fire, heatpump and centrally ducted heating you are sure to be cosy during all seasons in this luxury home with a Smart TV and Wi-Fi to keep you entertained.

Hanmer Springs is a lovely small village set in an alpine environment on the edge of the Southern Alps in the South Island of New Zealand. The village is located at an altitude of approximately 400 metres (1300 feet). This provides a crisp clear climate, with snow falling during winter on several occasions. The geothermal nature of the area has provided the beautiful Thermal Springs Reserve in which to relax, and it is second to none other in New Zealand. The combination of the colder climate and the thermal pools normally sitting at 25-42 degrees Celsius, or 77-18 degrees Fahrenheit is both invigorating and relaxing. The lucky guests get to soak in the thermal pools when it is snowing (for no extra charge) - how lucky are they?
