This is a lovely family home on Alpine Avenue with private decks which wrap around three sides of the house to soak up the sunshine.
This home has been set up with 'family' in mind. There are games and puzzles for the whole family to enjoy, and a selection of toys for the younger ones. If you want to watch TV, Freeview is available for your pleasure along with complimentary unlimited Wi-Fi. A log fire is in prime position to heat up the whole home and the fire has a surround to protect children.
5 Alpine Avenue has three bedrooms with bedroom 1 containing a queen and single bed, bedroom 2 containing a queen and single bunk bed and bedroom 3 containing 2 single beds making it sleep up to 7 people. Electric blankets are provided on the queen beds and two single beds.
While the section is not fully fenced the large deck can be made secure to keep children safe. The backyard is complete with a kennel for your dog and a washing line for drying clothes on sunny days.
