With new double glazing, a new bathroom and kitchen, this is a quiet, warm, tidy, modern, upstairs apartment. Enjoy watching the ships come into harbour, or the waves crashing on the iconic Caroline Bay. A short walk to cafes and restaurants, why would you stay anywhere else? Let this apartment be your holiday haven.
I am the Mother of two gorgeous little boys who keep me on my toes! Currently on parental leave, but when working I am the Contracts Manager at a local Construction Company. I love travelling and will get back into it once our boys are old enough to join us. I am very fussy and like a very clean house!
With this location you can do a lot without even hopping in your car! Wander down the Piazza to Caroline Bay where at certain times of the year you can enjoy the Bay Carnival and concerts at the Soundshell. Otherwise enjoy a walk on the beach, through the beautiful Trevor Griffiths Rose Garden or play a game of Disc Golf. There are several restaurants on the Bay Hill - a 1 minute walk away, and a short 5 minute walk in the other direction will have you in the centre of Timaru's shopping hub.
