Enjoy this centrally located modern self contained unit. Walking distance to cafes, restaurants/bar, supermarket and everything Leamington Village has to offer. Lake Karapiro is approximately a 5 min drive, Velodrome a 10 min drive. Cambridge CBD 4 min drive or 25 min walk. Car parking directly outside unit on the grass verge steps away from the front door. This is a modern 1 bedroom unit, features a large bedroom with king bed, chair and workspace. Sofa bed in lounge so has option for up to 4 guests. Dining table, modern bathroom, a small deck with outdoor seating for morning coffees or evening drinks. Kitchenette with microwave, sink, fridge, toaster & kettle. No other cooking appliances. Tea, coffee, milk, butter, spreads & snacks supplied. It's toasty warm in winter and cool in summer with heat pump/air con. A TV with freeview, free Wi-Fi. There is no shared spaces, with your own private access through a small gate. Whilst there is no washing machine in the unit there is a laundromat in the block of shops across the road.
Welcome to Campbell Unit. I have been hosting Air BNB's in Cambridge for 2 years now. I live locally in Cambridge so am only a phone call away. I have a passion for home staging, upcycling furniture, doing up houses.
Cambridge is a beautiful town set on the Waikato River with tree lined streets surrounded by farmland and Horse Studs. Enjoy the cafes, restaurants and boutique shopping. Lake Karapiro 5 min drive, Velodrome 10min drive. Hamilton Airport and Mystery Creek 15 mins. Hobbiton 20 min drive. Centrally located so good base for day trips to beaches, Rotorua, Waitomo. Leamington Village easily accessible and within walking distance.
