A few minutes' walk from local shops and 2 minutes' drive from Lake Rotorua, this property includes free private parking. All accommodation offers a kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave and tea/coffee making facilities. Each suite and studio offers a seating area, a work desk and a flat-screen TV. Guests can dine at Urbano’s restaurant, situated next door and serving a variety of local and international food. Continental breakfast is available for an extra charge. Executive On Fenton is a 10-minute walk to Rotorua Central Mall. It is a 12-minute drive from Rotorua International Airport and a 19-minute drive from Waiotapu Thermal Park.
