Welcome to our holiday house! Please feel free at home at our house. We hope you enjoy every moment of your stay. We are a young and energetic family with great passion for life. Travel is the most important part of our life. Like many of you who enjoy travelling around and experiencing new adventures, we are the same. During the journey we understand how important the accommodation will be. That is why we are trying all our best to improve and make this place look and feel as nice as we can. Queenstown is the best (second to none) tourism spot in New Zealand, the view is different from season to season. No matter raining, cloudy, snowing, or sunshine, you will have a different but pleasant experience of Queenstown, which is also why we love here. We understand different people have different needs in terms of accommodation, so your feedback is important to us. We will surely listen and try to improve and change to your expectation.

The locations is second to none with Cecil Peak in front of your face, looking towards the spectacular Remarkables and Glenorchy Road. OUR RATES ARE ALL INCLUSIVE - NO EXTRA ADD-ONS! 3 bed rooms with approx 170sqm floor area situated at middle of the hill of Sunshine Bay, can easily accommodate 6-7people free unlimited WiFi provided as well. The town centre is just 5 min drive and the Glenorchy is approx. 30min. When you enter the house, the master ensuite is on your right with its own balcony facing the lake and Cecil Peak, it has a comfortable queen bed. On the second level there are 2 bedrooms both have lake views and Cecil peak views. The double room has 2 king single bed, and the single room has a double bed. Also it has a separate shower and toilet The spacious living and dining are on your right, with a huge balcony facing lake and the mountain the view is absolutely spectacular. You may also cook your dinner or relax at the coach to enjoy with friends and family. In the living room there is also an extra day bed for the guests. There are 2 heat pumps will keep you warm in the winter. Also we had extra heater for every room.
