Just a 5-minute walk from the restaurants of Waikane, Kapiti Gateway Motel features studios and apartments with kitchen facilities. Full breakfast services and guest laundry facilities are available. Free car parking is provided and a children's play area can be found on site. It is a 2-minute walk to Waikanae Train Station, providing easy access to Wellington city centre with views of Kapiti Island and Wellington Harbour along the way. Waikanae Beach and Nga Manu Nature Reserve are 5 minutes’ drive away. Inter-island ferries are 45 minutes' drive away.
