KOTAHI COTTAGE is a newly renovated self contained private accommodation on quiet lifestyle block on no exit road close to Cambridge. The cottage is separate from the main house on the property so you have your own entrance and undercover parking. Nice and peaceful with views overlooking the garden and farmland. Fitted with queen size bed, shower, toilet, TV, tea/coffee. Continental breakfast supplied. VERY CLOSE TO LAKE KARAPIRO.
4.8km to Leamington, 6.7km to Cambridge, 7.3km to Lake Karapiro, 10km to Avantidrome, 18km to Mystery Creek Events Centre.
Your hosts are Andrea and Nigel Kewish, and we live on the property with our intermediate and secondary school age children (Moss and Milla). Moss and Nigel are very keen on anything to do with sport, particularly rugby and motocross. Andrea and Milla are the horsey members of the family and both ride competitively. We have two horses, a dog and two cats who I'm sure would love you to say hello.
Our property is very peaceful and quiet. We are located on a no-exit road so there is virtually no traffic noise and it's very safe. We have a lot of trees so the sounds you'll hear the most are of the birds. We have the beauty of being in the country but only minutes from town and the lake.
