Please note the airport pick-up services are for guests arriving at Queenstown International Airport on flights within a 20-minute window.
There is also a private service available from for up to 5 guests. Charges apply. Please note that for safety reasons, if booking a Deluxe Studio or Suite, families with children under the age of 6 will be allocated ground floor accommodation. Millbrook’s commitment to achieve environmentally sustainable tourism means the resort will no longer be facilitating daily room servicing. As a result of our Greener Stay programme launch in 2022, we successfully eliminated more than 28,000kg of CO2e from going into the atmosphere. This is equivalent to flying the entire circumference of the world almost five times.
