NIGHTS ON BROADWAY - THE APARTMENT (a funky place to stop and take a break)
The BnB has a comfy king bed, A separate lounge with a Smart TV & a single bed and a funky little outdoor area plus a safe parking area. Two way entry into the bathroom.
Nights on Broadway (BnB) offers a great safe stop for any users of the Hauraki Rail Trail. You can lock your bikes away in a lockable shed and go and enjoy a night out in Matamata. Lots of lovely cafe's and restaurants.
Some of the attractions Matamata has to offer are:
A vibrant monthly market straight across the road (2nd Saturday of the month)
World renowned movie set Hobbiton. (you can catch a distinctive ‘Hobbiton’ bus from the Isite or drive to The Shire on Buckland Road)
Hauraki Rail Trail
Wairere Falls
Te Waihou walkway
Two golf courses Matamata and Walton
Firth Tower Museum
Opal hot springs
Bespoke shops owned and operated by locals
We are an easy drive to the Bay Of Plenty, Rotorua, Cambridge,Te Aroha, Tirau, Waitomo Caves or even to the snow at Ruapehu and Tongariro.
Hobbiton Movie set (15 minute drive)
Many wonderful cafe's and restaurants to walk to and enjoy.
Centennial Drive nature walk.
Firth Tower Museum on Tower Road.
Opal Hot Springs (5 minute drive)
Dairy next door and 2 minute walk to well stocked superette.
