Very quiet private modern cottage
Upstairs you have a large open plan lounge /full kitchen/ dining area with beautiful views over the bay
The cottage is 1 bedroom
Super king bed in lounge - wake up to beautiful sea views
Downstairs you have a double bedroom
Bathroom with shower / toilet / hand basin
There is a laundry with washing machine / drying rack / outside clothes line
Barbecue is on site for your use
Also outdoor seating area - either on the front deck to enjoy beautiful sea views and the morning sun or out the back where you can enjoy the bird life and afternoon sun - we get a lot of tuis and wood pidgeons
Right beside the best of Tutukaka Coast's beaches including Pacific Bay a short walk from the cottage
Parking right up beside the cottage via private access right of way
We have lived on the Tutukaka coast for 8 plus years and feel extremely lucky to have so many beautiful beaches and walks at our doorstep to share with our guests
Having been in the hospitality trade for 15 years setting up our cottage for accommodation was a perfect way to continue meeting people
As we live onsite we are more than happy to answer any questions you may have but are very respectful of our guests privacy
I have a love of gardening which takes up most of my spare time

We are very lucky to have the Poor Knights Marine Reserve right here on the Tutukaka coast
You can book trips through Tutukaka Dive for a once in a lifetime experience - they are known as being one of the top ten dives in the world
There are also great restaurants shops and cafes to visit
Amazing water sports surf beaches ( Sandys Bay ) and walking tracks
Whangarei is a 25 minute drive - a visit to the newly opened Hunderwasser Museum and town basin area a must to do and see
