New build. Apartment separates from main house. Architecturally designed with sloping high ceilings, to give a sense of space. Very tastefully decorated with modern features. Nice estuary view. Very quite neighbourhood. Cafe open at top of road. Parking on the road.
I love meeting new people and help where I can. I throw in a few treats like a good coffee machine and fresh beans.
New suburb in Raglan with older people and young families. Lots of walks around suburb or on the beach, our favourite off Wainui Road heading south, Rira Kereopa Memorial Drive. 4 Square for groceries in Bankart Street 4 kms away. Try Restaurants like Orca or cafes, The Shack, Wyld, or La La Land. For a vibe try ULO or Iso Bar. Fresh Artisan Bread made in Raglan.
