Located in the Auckland CBD, Nesuto St Martins Apartments Hotel offers spacious apartments with balconies. Upper Queen Street, Karangahape Road, Auckland Hospital, the Auckland Domain and War Memorial Museum are all within 2 km from the property. Sky City Casino and the Spark Arena can be reached by a 20-minute walk or by using the many public transport links that pass by the hotel. All apartments feature open plan living areas and a fully equipped kitchen with a full size fridge/freezer. Most apartments offer air-conditioning. Some apartments boast panoramic views across the city. Guests will have access to complimentary Wi-Fi access. Token operated; shared laundry facilities are available. All parking must be booked prior to arrival by contacting the hotel directly. On arrival, guests are requested to check-in first in order to receive a parking permit and access card.
Please note that as there is a height restriction of 1.9 metres and a width restriction of 4 metres, no vans or large vehicles will be able to enter the car park.
The hotel has a strict no noise and no party policy after 22:00 hours.
The hotel allows a maximum of 2 extra guests per room between the hours of 08:00 hours and 22:00 hours. Any extra guests or after hours guests must have prior approval by the hotel management.
Please note a NZ $1 credit card at the time of check-in to act as a bond to cover any incidental charges found after check out. Alternatively, A $250.00 cash bond be paid at check-in which will be refunded, less any incidental charges.
