The Terrace is situated directly opposite the Oamaru Gardens and has fantastic views of the gardens' fountain which is particularly beautiful when lit up at night. The Terrace is in close walking proximity to town, shops, cafes, Victorian Heritage Precinct and Steampunk museum.
