Hidden away In the Waikato, Tui cottage is a lovely getaway but central to everything you need. Day trips would include an easy trip to Hobbiton, surfing, or shopping in Raglan, Auckland or Hamilton, climbing the Hakarimata, walking through Hamilton gardens, Hamilton river walks, or Hamilton lake, or stay at home and read a good book, watch a sunset and drink a glass of wine.
Welcome to our place. We are excited to have you stay with us. It is our aim to give you a memorable experience, please let us know how we can make your stay with us a special memory. My passion is cooking and I love to try recipes from all over the world. Let me know if you're brave enough to try any of my specialties.
We are perfectly situated in the countryside but close enough to a lot of 'must see' destinations. Within an hour from Auckland and Coromandel, half an hour from Raglan and Hamilton. Hobbiton is a must see, and River walks galore. Hamilton gardens are only 40mins away and is a top destination for tourists. Talk to us about markets and events, there's always something on. We are close to the Hakarimata mountain walks, Bridal Veil Falls and lost of lakes. Organise a picnic or stay at home and watch the sunset, the options are endless.
